Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday that Russia willcontinue its efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Headded that Russia understands its responsibilities as a part of theOCSE Minsk Group and as a neighbor.The president said that several meetings between the Armenian andAzerbaijan presidents had been set up with his help. The University ofBaku has awarded Medvedev with an honoury degree for his developmentof the relationship between Russia and Azerbaijan.
